ESIS: Economics for Success

ESIS: Econmics for Success has a specific purpose, to develop an understanding of self-sufficiency and encourage students to consider and reflect on the advantages of remaining in school until they have acquired the knowledge, attitudes and skills to undertake the longer-term goal of a successful career.

Students learn about the relationship between education and personal goals by:

Defining success in personal terms
Understanding the cost of living
Exploring the types of careers that match their goals and lifestyle expectations
