It seems that year after year some of the top celebrities from around the world will always take some time out of their busy schedules to ensure themselves that they get a much needed all inclusive holiday to some exotic place on earth. Well, 2011 was no different as top celebrities were spotted vacationing in San Tropez which is located in the southeastern area of France located near the famous French Riviera.
